The reservation end of Vantora pushes the host to get all the waivers completed in advance by providing a link in the confirmation and reminder emails. When someone follows this link, it automatically ties the waiver to the registration party name.
Even without the link, customers can still choose the date of their event, and list all the bookings for that day. Then they click on the party name they are with, and their waiver is tied to the group.
When a reserved party comes in, clicking the name of the group will populate a list of all the players who have completed online waivers. Either one at a time, or with select all buttons, players can be checked in instantly.
The number of times and dates of check ins will be tracked so it can be used in marketing emails in the future.
